Our client, a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation boutique, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of experience handling IP Litigation accross different venues (District Courts, ITC, PTAB, CAFC). This position is based either in the greater Washington, DC area or the Bay Area, CA. This role includes the opportunity of gaining early exposure to standing up in court, including taking and defending depositions multiple times per year.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of substantive experience handling IP Litigation (CR/TM, Patent, Trade Secrets, etc).
- Judicial Clerkship (preferred)
- Technical degree in high-tech or life sciences is preferred but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
