Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm with a rapidly expanding Intellectual Property Litigation practice, is seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience handling patent litigation. This position is available in California, Texas, or another U.S. office, depending on the candidate's location. The firm's recent growth through a merger has created an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team handling sophisticated patent disputes for a premier client base.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of substantive patent litigation experience.
- Technical background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred; candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background may also be considered.
- Candidates should have meaningful patent litigation experience, though those whose practice consists of at least 40% litigation will also be considered.
- Admission to any U.S. state bar is acceptable.
- Strong academic credentials, legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
