Our client, a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation boutique, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience handling Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). This position is based in the greater Washington, DC area, with the possibility of a remote or hybrid arrangement for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years of substantive experience handling Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
  • Prior patent litigation experience is required.
  • Technical degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Compensation

  • Compensation is at Cravath scale, with a highly competitive benefits package.
